Yangthang Heritage follows a transparent and fair Cancellation & Refund Policy aligned with Indian hospitality industry standards.

Refund eligibility:

• 7 days prior to check-in → 80% refund
• 3–6 days prior → 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours → No refund

Refunds are not applicable in case of:

• No-show
• Early check-out
• Natural disasters
• Government travel restrictions

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Bank charges and payment gateway fees may be deducted.

Tour packages involving third-party vendors may have separate cancellation terms.

Yangthang Heritage reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
