Guarantee Policy:

Bookings are to be placed on a guarantee basis. Guarantee can be made either by:

• Advance payment of 100 % accommodation charge by Online net-banking or company cheque.
• In the event, guarantee is not made within 2 working days prior to Reservation; the hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without Prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation within 35 Days to 30 Days prior to arrival date would attract 25% retention on the confirmed rate.
• Cancellation within 25 Days prior to arrival date would attract one 50% retention on the confirmed rate.
• Cancellation within 20 Days prior to arrival date would attract 75% retention on the confirmed rate.
• Cancellation within 10 Days prior to arrival date would attract 100% retention on the confirmed rate.
• In case of Early Departure one night retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.
• The rates do not entitle a company to any credit facility. All bills to be settled by cash / credit card at the time of checkout Standard Hotel Rules apply.

• Request you to carry a valid photo id and produce it at the time of check-in.
• For Resident Indians: Drivers License, Voters ID or Passport.
• Pan Card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity.
• For Foreigners and Non Resident Indians: Passport, VISA & ILP.
